Job Description Summary

Perform the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned production area

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Meet production targets, and quality goals.
*Environment/Safety requirements.
*Understand Lockout Tagout
*Understand Quality Documents (Deviations, CARs, Travelers, Work Instructions).
*Perform inspection requirements, complete production records.
*Operate preliminary and finish Deflash, Robotic and CNC Deflash machines.
*Maintain rotary chucks, cutters, belts, etc.
*Start-up and Shut down of the rotary grinder.
*Adjust sizes / change belts
*Changes tools and preset.
*Load shot peener.
*Changeover finish equipment.
*Understand the machine controls.
*Cross train in department and plant to perform a variety of manufacturing duties.
*Work in a safe manner always and complies with 5S initiatives.
*Understand and execute NCM (Non-conforming material) Process.
*Understanding and execute SDS (Safety Data Sheets) System/Labeling
*Understand and execute WI (Work Instructions) location.
*Reference the Physical Demand Analysis for this job.
*Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

H.S. Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Manufacturing background preferred. Working knowledge and ability to operate production machines, make adjustments, ability to gauge and measure parts, perform SPC and quality checks, complete X & R charts.
