EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Currently a candidate for Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, Cloud Computing, Networking, or a related field from an accredited university in the US.

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Support system integration, deployment, and validation of cloud-native telecom solutions based on Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
  • Assist in troubleshooting platform, CI/CD pipeline, container, and networking issues across multi-cloud environments.
  • Perform system health checks, log analysis, failure investigation, and defect validation activities.
  • Participate in CI/CD execution, automation support, and release validation for telecom cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with 3LS/4LS engineering teams to analyze complex issues and support faster resolution.
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes and container-based platforms (OpenShift preferred)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking fundamentals
  • Good analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Exposure to OpenStack, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or DevOps tools
  • Scripting skills in Python or Shell
  • Familiarity with telecom systems, cloud-native network functions (CNFs), or NFV concepts
