This executive leadership role is responsible for establishing the strategic vision, operational direction, and long-term growth plans for assigned service lines and departments. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master's degree Experience: 3 years' experience in leadership at the Director level or above. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Upholds and role models behaviors of professionalism. Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment through continuing education in areas of responsibilities.
