  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to support problem-solving and waste-reduction efforts across the organization.

  • Support the promotion of a continuous improvement culture by helping plan and facilitate Kaizen events, developing visual tools and materials, and documenting outcomes to sustain performance improvements.

  • Familiarity with cross-functional business operations such as facilities, procurement, finance, or customer service, and the ability to understand how processes connect across departments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support performance improvement decisions.
