Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager/Action Coordinator for the Tenants Contract, supporting the Air Force Division. The successful candidate will assist the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF) fighter, bomber, airborne surveillance, and helicopter platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Master's degree. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for lack of degree.
  • 10 years applicable experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (US citizenship required).
  • Prior USAF Leadership experience in the roles like assistant director of operations (ADO), senior NCO leadership positions, or jobs at the group or wing level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint, expert attention-to-detail & highly organized.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AF instructions and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Professional military education such as Air Command and Staff College or Senior NCO Academy is desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and assist the 350 SWW and multiple Groups and Squadrons by assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing activities supporting the Wing's senior leaders.
  • Advise and assist in routine actions creating, managing, and maintaining databases to include but not limited to: tracking status of office tasks, suspenses, training, distributing office mail, and reviewing correspondence for correction of deficiencies; meeting/conference organization and preparation, which includes developing agendas and presentations, scheduling and preparation of meeting venue, and recording and tracking action items.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of management planning policies, practices, regulations and laws associated with the Wing's structure, mission, functionality, capabilities and limitations related to key staff-level functions.
