Snowflake is seeking a Principal People Partner to serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Marketing leadership organization, including direct partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a highly visible, staff-plus role designed for an experienced People Partner who operates with executive presence, strong independent judgment, and the ability to shape people strategy at scale. This role is based in our Menlo Park office, with in-office attendance required three days per week. Due to the nature of ELT partnership, location flexibility is not available for this position. The Principal People Partner will work closely with senior Marketing leaders, the Go-To-Market People Partner leadership team, and People Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business-aligned people strategy. This role reports to the Director, People Partner, Go-To-Market.
