What You Will Get To Do: Operating our proprietary internet-based Rebalancer application Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner through scheduled phone conversations and those that require specific client assistance Have the ability to decipher, process and follow through with client requests Work internally to help client to set up their individual, unique site within our system Act as a liaison between clients and internal Black Diamond departments when needed What You Will Bring: Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel Solution-oriented and analytical mindset Strong communication & organizational skills Working towards or have obtained a Bachelor's Degree fromaccreditedinstitution (Business/Finance/Information Systems Majors preferred) Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
