Job Title: Associate Director, Learning and Development

Locations: New York, NY (hybrid)

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Identify current and future training needs through job analysis, performance data, surveying, and partnering with business leaders
  • Develop training plans that align with business and learner needs
  • Partner with business units to document procedures and translate them into effective learning solutions
  • Design and deliver sales skills training, presentation skills, and other professional development skills
  • Coach employees individually and in groups
  • Facilitate learning through the creation of eLearning, workshops and practice-based sessions
  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning, blended, and instructor-led learning experiences
  • Create high-quality learning content, job aids, and training materials using modern eLearning authoring tools
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact
  • Report on training outcomes and continuously refine programs based on data and feedback
  • Stay current on learning trends, tools, and best practices
  • Perform administrative and reporting functions within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support and mentor employees and contribute to a strong learning culture
  • Collaborate closely with L&D peers and cross-functional partners

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training
  • Proven experience designing and delivering effective sales training programs
  • Coaching certification and/or demonstrated coaching experience
  • Strong track record of designing and executing successful training initiatives
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools(Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and data analysis
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management capabilities
  • Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach
  • Financial services experience, including Hedge Funds, Private Markets, or Investor Services
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 130,000 USD to 145,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
