Mountain Youth Academy (a UHS company) is seeking a Response to Intervention Instructor (RTI) to join our growing team! Come make a difference in the life of a youth and love what you do!! ***This role requires a successful background check, fingerprinting, and employment verification*** Mountain Youth Academy is centrally located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Residential Managers. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (included, but are not limited to, the following) POSITION SUMMARY: This role focuses on designing and delivering targeted instruction for students requiring intervention services. Key responsibilities include leading educational case management, facilitating departmental collaboration, and maintaining rigorous documentation for assessments and IEP goals. The position ensures all weekly instructional objectives align with state standards and oversees comprehensive transition planning. Additionally, the candidate will maintain initiative-taking communication with stakeholders and provide classroom substitute coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in a residential setting for youth; OR An Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience in a residential setting for youth; OR A Bachelor's Degree.
