Description The SPARK Solution Lead is a dedicated program role responsible for delivering standardized business processes and ERP functionality within an assigned Solution Area. The role ensures solution quality, milestone adherence, and alignment with Program SPARK objectives. 100% dedicated to SPARK solutioning Serves as Module Lead for Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) Accountable for functional outcomes, not just coordination Skills* architecture, solution architecture, Oracle, oracle fusion Top Skills Details architecture,solution architecture,Oracle,oracle fusion Additional Skills & Qualifications Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned SPARK Solution Area Define, validate, and document: oBusiness requirements oFunctional designs oTest plans oDefect resolutions oProcess documentation Collaborate with the SPARK Program Lead, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders Participate in formal governance and design decision forums Coordinate and support UAT and defect resolution cycles Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies Track progress and report on milestones, KPIs, and delivery status Support adoption of standardized global business processes Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
