KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Launch Strategy & Planning



  • Own the end-to-end marketing launch process from internal alignment through market release, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new products and major updates (positioning, messaging, target segments, use cases, pricing inputs, and competitive differentiation).
  • Partner with Product Management to translate product features into customer value propositions and clear market-facing messages.


Cross-Functional Launch Execution



  • Lead launch readiness with Sales, Aftermarket, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure operational and commercial preparedness.
  • Build and manage launch calendars, coordinating content, training, and channel enablement to meet launch dates.
  • Coordinate internal communications to keep stakeholders aligned on launch status, risks, and decisions.


Sales Enablement



  • Create and deliver launch enablement for all domestic TCFC Sales channels (reps, direct, and aftermarket).
  • Drive the development of training materials and programs (webinars, presentations, videos, sales sheets, FAQs, competitive battlecards, and application guides).
  • Ensure reps and Sales teams can articulate TCFC product value proposition, key differentiators, and objection handling.


Marketing Programs & Content



  • Collaborate with Marketing to build launch campaigns (email, web, social, promotions, literature, and trade show support) aligned to launch goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to update product information across relevant systems and customer-facing touchpoints (website content, literature, rep portal, CRM notes as applicable).
  • Support creation, distribution, and inventory coordination of launch collateral as required.


Insights, Measurement & Continuous Improvement



  • Work with Product Management to define launch success metrics (adoption, revenue, pipeline, conversion, win/loss, and channel engagement) and provide post-launch reporting with insights and recommendations.
  • Gather voice-of-customer and field feedback before and after launch; convert insights into improvements for future launches and product iterations.
  • Maintain awareness of market and competitive landscape; disseminate relevant competitive intelligence to stakeholders.


Skills and Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) highly desired or equivalent experience in Sales capacity
  • S. in Marketing or Communications preferred



Experience




  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Sales through distribution
  • Experience working within a sales team
  • Fan experience preferred
