Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Leander, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Office Services Coordinator is the face of the client.
  • You will be responsible for the managing and upkeep of our office supplies, supporting planned (and spontaneous) events, lunches, investor/visitor tours, and supporting the executive team at this location.
  • This position needs close interaction with management, other employees, and external parties, therefore interpersonal skills must be a priority.
  • The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can efficiently perform tasks in a group or individual setting, is not easily overwhelmed, and is an eloquent communicator.
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and new hires and get them signed in at our visitor kiosk and connected to their appropriate onsite contact.
  • Follow and enforce the Visitor Facility Access Policy and security procedures for visitors and guests coming onsite.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating onsite and offsite company events and lunches.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Organize US Mail and packages and ensure delivery to the client's employees at Cedar Park.
  • Manage and maintain seating chart for Cedar Park headquarters.
  • Work closely with IT and HR to assist in the onboarding of new employees by creating badges and find and assign seats for new employees.
  • Take on small projects to assist the Facilities department and onsite executive leadership team.
  • Be a resource to coworkers and visitors and help them with inquiries.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21-$25hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (12 months).

  • Passion for Aerospace.
  • Comfortable in a startup and high growth environment.
