Description

    Administering and supporting Cisco network hardware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, and associated software to ensure consistent system availability and optimized performance
  • Conducting regular monitoring and analysis of network and system performance, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues or security threats
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network/server hardware, operating system updates (specifically RHEL), and security patches in compliance with DoD standards
  • Deploying and maintaining containerized applications to support scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Collaborating with IT support teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system improvements, and adapt to evolving operational needs

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in a network and computer systems administrator role
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or higher)
  • Experience applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
  • Experience with Cisco switching and routing
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Demonstrated ability to configure, monitor, and maintain complex network and computer systems to ensure operational integrity and continuous connectivity in accordance with DoD requirements
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues using diagnostic tools and structured support methodologies
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI


Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
