Technical Program Manager 5

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customersupport throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, andquality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutionsfor their most critical equipment and processes.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and productization of advanced software solutions that power Lam's global Service Business. You will lead crossfuntioncal teams to deliver high quality, scalable products while shaping the long-term systems architecture that supports engineers, the fieldand customers worldwide.

* Leadcomplex, multidisciplinary software programs from concept through global deployment

* Activelylisten, participate, and lead project team activities to promote collaboration and high performance

* Takeownership of assigned tasks, implementing and participating in corrective actions to ensure timely closure; make appropriate decisions within scope and escalate when necessary

* Driveend to end program planning and execution, including roadmap development,

scheduling, risk management, and crossfuntioncal issue resolution across global teams

* Translateambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories

* Influenceand align senior stakeholders across product, engineering, business development, marketing, and field organizations to achieve cohesive decision making and successful program outcomes

* Managefeature pipelines and evaluate progress, quality, and release readiness across project and program tiers

* Ownand evolve scalable business systems, software integrations, and process architecture

* Deliverexecutive level reporting, communications, and program updates with clarity and precision

* Championoperational excellence through improved processes, metrics, and best practices

* Performdeep analysis, generate insights, and present data driven recommendations to leadership

* Driveadoption and continuous improvement of Agile/SAFemethodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and team alignment

* Serveas a champion for customer and engineer experience, ensuring products and systems deliver measurable value and global impact

• Bachelor's degree with12+ years of experience, orMaster'sdegree with8+ years of experience, or PhD with5+ years of experience, or equivalent industry experience

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, continuous improvement, or related technical leadership roles

• Ability to travel up to 10% to engage with field users and understand customer and engineering requirements

• Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions that drive successful implementation of technical, process, or operational changes

• Strong understanding of business process development, process controls, and mapping work item execution to organizational objectives

• Required tool proficiency: Jira, Confluence,Workboardor equivalent Agile and OKRplatforms

• Experience or domain knowledge in semiconductor fabrication, equipment operations, or related high-tech industries

• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and experience with Product Development & Release (PDR) processes

• Relevant project/program management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master

• Familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks for alignment and execution

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus

• Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Proficiency with program and project management tools such as MS Project, QuickBase,Office Timeline, or equivalent platforms

• Experience with organizational change management and adoption methodologies is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to champion field needs and drive alignment between customer-facing teams and internal organizations

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
