PARTS, ACCESSORIES, & APPAREL COORDINATOR - PLANO, TX

We are looking for a North America Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) Coordinator who is responsible for assisting in the collaboration between sales leaders, market planning, product development, marketing stakeholders and operational teams to ensure availability and create demand for Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) through wholesale/commercial programs and retail strategies as well as ensuring delivery of Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) sales and direct margin targets in North America.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Play a key role in developing and deploying PA&A commercial strategies to achieve goals and objectives across all brands while managing program costs and margins.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key category focus for the dealers and sales team & create demand

  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of competitors' sales programs & promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Create & deploy program booking tools for the sales team to have business discussions with the dealers

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of the PA&A business (wholesale, dealer inventory and retail trends) and propose Go-To-Market strategies that are leveraged at all levels of our sales organization

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing

  • Strong analytical and communication skills coupled with an ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Fundamental retail knowledge

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.

  • Required to work onsite in the Plano, TX office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.

  • Travel required is 10% of the time.

Preferred:

  • Powersports dealership or sales experience in functions related to parts, accessories and/or apparel

  • Riding experience on powersports products

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • SQL, snowflake, or salesforce experience

  • Position requires current work authorization. Sponsorship now or in the future is not provided for this role.

  • Relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate at their own expense.
