We currently have an opening for a Training & Special Events Coordinator in our Boise, ID office.

Education, Training and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business or similar or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in retail, business-to-business marketing, sales, public relations, or relative experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Intralot organizational structure, functions, policies, procedures, communication channels, and objectives. Self-management skills to effectively manage daily, weekly and monthly schedule with minimal direct supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Under direct supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Training & Special Events Coordinator Assist in managing the communications with, and training of, the retailer network, as well as assist with retail events, promotions, and recruitment. Develop and assist with the implementation of new retailer orientation materials and manuals, as necessary.
  • Assist with major sponsorship(s) as they might relate to retailer day(s) at sporting and special events. Plan and schedule all special events across the state throughout the year, including fairs, festivals, town celebrations, retailer locations.
  • Set-up equipment, including terminals, communications network, and check-a-tickets for all events. Provide and manage INTRALOT events staffing at all events. Assist the Lottery with the management of the Lottery Special Events trailers. Assist with Retailer meeting and forums, including content development, scheduling, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement retailer satisfaction/customer surveys as necessary to address individual retail needs or opportunities. Assist the INTRALOT Marketing Manager, LSRs and Lottery Key Accounts Manager in retailer recruitment, as necessary. Participate in player relations and player development through in-store events and product sampling.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary, to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Ability to travel as needed and experience with driving a trailer

Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.

Security Requirements

Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by Intralot, Inc. and the required State Lotteries is a requirement of employment. A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
