The Hilti Store Team Lead is accountable for achieving profitable sales, as well as budget and inventory targets in a designated market or assigned store(s). As team leader, this individual must demonstrate strong team building and coaching skills, develop team competencies, and achieve team commitments. Also, this position will be responsible for organizing store coverage and providing local managerial functions that will serve to enhance and coordinate Hilti Center activities within the local sales team. Further, this position will be responsible for analyzing sales productivity and operational excellence within a designated market. The Senior Team Lead communicates results to HCRs and implements action plans to improve results. This position will assist Hilti Center Regional Manager in hiring process for HCRs and will also be responsible for the orientation, development, and coaching of HCRs in line with Hilti Lead 2030 Strategy will be a key resource for training and developing new hires as well as participating in all facets of people development.


What You'll do
  • Assist Regional Manager in Source and Select process
  • Responsible for training and integrating new hires for the assigned Hilti Centers
  • Coach and develop AM's in stores, including writing feedback
  • Conduct Hilti Center Audits and prepare action plans to ensure ICS compliance
  • Assist RM in performance management and corrective actions
  • Serve as resource and operations expert for assigned stores
  • Drive sales by ensuring team is executing key initiatives
  • Responsible for training and development of new team members, and development of strong SSS selling skills in all team members

What You'll Bring
  • At least two (2) years in the Hilti Center representative position, required
  • Hilti field sales experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Proven learning agility
  • Complete understanding of Hilti Center operations and all Hilti Channels
  • Proficiency in SAP and SFDC, required
  • Previous leadership experience preferred; capable of proactively acquiring new Hilti customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and following through to close sales
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and customer service
  • Train HC AMs on Hilti strategy, product, customer service, process, and operational excellence
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment on a regular basis
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and conceptual understanding of customer applications
  • Excellent consultative selling, demonstration, and presentation skills
  • Effective time management skills and organizational ability
  • Self-leadership skills: independent, comfortable working with limited direction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • May take and respond to emergency calls from Hilti security during normal HC hours and after hours
