What does a Senior Manager of Employee Experience do at Swire Coca-Cola? Swire Coca-Cola's success depends on the success of the individual. With that in mind, we want to ensure careful stewardship of the employee experience across the full employee life cycle. In so doing, we increase the ability to retain and engage employees, enhancing their ability to succeed and thus the company's ability to succeed as well. The Senior Manager, Employee Experience will work closely within HR and across the business to provide thought leadership around the company listening strategy, monitor employee sentiment, support action planning, and ensure feedback loops are effectively closed. The Senior Manager, Employee Experience is an individual contributor role, and reports to the Vice President, Talent & People Support.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the unique needs of individuals, teams, departments, and the company overall. In conjunction with the Vice President, Talent & People Support, define, create and/or leverage the listening and action tools and processes that necessary to steward our culture in alignment with SCCU's Winning Formula and Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values.
- Partner with HR and across the business as required to design the employee experience. Intentionally shape key employee interactions, environments, and processes, ensuring that each stage of the employee journey reflects the Winning Formula and delivers a meaningful, engaging experience.
- Enable manager experience delivery: equip and support people leaders in delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience through tools, training and consultation.
- Provide thought leadership, build organizational capabilities, and guide execution of employee experience processes, including but not limited to:
- Onboarding surveys
- Exit surveys
- Engagement (pulse) surveys
- Provide effective project management throughout, encompassing communication, training, logistics, timelines, change management, etc.
- Support action planning, including but not limited to the use of Activate (insights and actions)-supplementing as needed with training, facilitation, and consultation, in conjunction with HR Business Partners.
- Monitor employee sentiment through deployment of these tools and associated metrics (e.g., eNPS). Provide the organization with insight that enables sustained improvement over time. Report these results in light of the Winning Formula and recommend appropriate actions.
- Research market developments and best practices in employee experience to serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to the organization regarding employee experience issues; build and maintain relations with external sources.
- Continuously improve processes to innovate and integrate best practices, and to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage primary vendor relationship (Perceptyx) and others as needed; ensuring strong partnership and value to SCCU.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA preferred
- 8+ years of proven track record leading HR supporting enterprise-wide programs and initiatives in a matrixed environment, including experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) designing and managing all aspects of Employee Experience programs and vendors as noted in the section above required
