Job Summary This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities within a new construction data center environment. The position ensures that all installation and production processes meet established quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The individual will work closely with on-site management and project teams to identify issues, drive continuous improvement, and maintain accurate quality documentation while supporting a fast-paced construction schedule. Job Responsibilities

Inspect procedures, specifications, methods, and results related to production and installation activities.

Review project and task records for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to clients.

Ensure the most current corporate quality procedures and client installation standards are consistently applied.

Investigate and resolve client quality complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Evaluate new materials prior to approval for field installation.

Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.

Provide customer-focused service that is responsive, flexible, and cost effective.

Support demand planning efforts and contribute to effective project scheduling.

Prepare and deliver timely reports and analysis of key quality trends for management.

Apply and promote quality best practices across all project activities.

Comply with all safety rules, procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Deliver quality-focused training to employees as required.

Provide daily and weekly updates to on-site management regarding QA/QC issues.

Maintain quality issues within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Track updates and ensure proper closeout of all open quality issues.

Conduct visual inspections throughout assigned spaces.

Complete visual inspection checklists and upload documentation to the QMS repository.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, operations, or a related field.

Minimum of five years of experience in process optimization, operations, quality assurance, or business management.

Professional certification such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.

Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify weaknesses in processes and organizational structures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
