About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented Filler Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain filler equipment and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient, and highquality production. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while upholding strict safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Operate filler(s) and associated equipment in line with company standards Perform startups, shutdowns, and teardowns of equipment Set up and operate coding equipment Work safely with chemicals and chemical pumps CIP (cleaninplace), sanitize, and sterilize filler(s) and equipment Recognize and troubleshoot nonstandard operations Conduct preventative maintenance on filler(s) and associated equipment Identify and resolve issues in packaging or sanitation processes Accurately complete all required recordkeeping and documentation Operate forklifts (certification required or provided) Safely lift up to 55 lbs. as part of daily tasks Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF procedures Perform other duties as assigned, always in a safe and efficient manner What We're Looking For Prior experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality standards Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow safety protocols and GMP/SQF procedures Reliable team player with good communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay [insert range] Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Training and certification opportunities An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
