KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Global Audit and Assurance organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the identification, evaluation and implementation of new and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc.) to enhance our audit capabilities; develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of the Audit practice
  • Champion the adoption of modern SDLC methodologies, including Agile, DevOps and CI/CD, to accelerate the delivery of high-quality audit technology solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of best-in-class tools and processes for software development, testing and deployment
  • Ensure the reliability, efficiency and security of our technology development processes
  • Co-lead the Audit Technology team with the existing CTO, providing mentorship and guidance to a team of technology professionals, collaborate with stakeholders across the US and Global Audit practices to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions and engage with the Audit Technology Alliance to drive synergies and accelerate progress towards common goals
  • Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment (US ONLY)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in a senior technology leadership role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and relative professional certifications
  • Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or in a similar capacity
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and implementation of emerging technologies
  • Deep understanding of modern SDLC methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in the professional services industry, particularly in an audit or advisory context, is highly desirable
