Job DescriptionThe Global FX and Cross-Border Solutions team is charged with leading the strategy, design, build, and commercialization of best-in-class flexible enterprise-wide FX, multicurrency settlement, and currency management solutions as we seek to meet the growing and increasingly diversified needs of clients moving funds around the world. In addition, this team is responsible for FX trading, operations, and drives specialized solutioning for these capabilities, in partnership with consumer, commercial, money-movement What's it all about? The Director, FX Issuer Solutions, is a strategic and execution-focused leader within Visa's Global FX and Cross-Border Solutions team. This role shapes and drives the strategic vision and roadmap for Visa's FX capabilities for issuer clients, while ensuring effective development and execution of the new products and features. Blending strategic insight, analytical rigor, and operational excellence, the Director advances Visa's global strategy in FX, collaborating across product, regional, and functional teams to meet evolving cross-border needs. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: Travel up to 20% (regional and global). Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
