Overview Manhattan is looking for a Director, Technology Partnerships to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic technology partners including cloud platforms, automation providers, data & AI innovators, and key ISVs that extend and enhance the Manhattan Active ecosystem. You'll operate from the heart of our global GTM and product strategyin Atlanta, working closely with leaders across the company to define what's next for Manhattan Active and our technology partnerships. Reporting to Senior Director, Alliances, you will imagine and champion new joint solutions by integrating partner technologies with Manhattan Active offerings, (WMS, Omni, Transportation, POS, SCALE, and Platform). You will shape and execute integration roadmaps that deliver differentiated customer value and unlock new market opportunities for Manhattan and our partners. You'll also serve as the external voice of these collaborations, telling the story on stage, in the press, in campaigns, and directly with customers to drive buzz, demand, and ecosystem momentum. You'll operate at the intersection of Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing, translating ecosystem opportunities into highimpact integrations, compelling stories, and meaningful revenue outcomes. A Day in the Life Own & Grow a Strategic Technology Partner Portfolio
- Lead a defined set of strategic technology partners (cloud, robotics/automation, data/AI, complementary ISVs).
- Build joint business plans outlining solution vision, integration scope, commercial models, and pipeline targets.
- Prioritize partnerships based on customer impact, platform alignment, and revenue potential.
Drive Integration, Solutions, & Road mapping
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to define integration use cases, reference architectures, and solution roadmaps.
- Guide partners on best practices for integrating with Manhattan Active (APIs, events, data, extensibility).
- Develop repeatable integration assets-connectors, adapters, accelerators, validated designs to reduce timetovalue.
Ecosystem GTM & Pipeline Creation
- Launch joint integrations and solutions with clear value propositions, packaging guidance, and sales enablement.
- Build and execute co-sell motions with partners, including account mapping, field engagement, joint territory plans, and opportunity reviews.
- Leverage partner marketplaces and channels (e.g., cloud marketplaces, app exchanges, robotics ecosystems) to expand reach and drive incremental demand.
- Track partnersourced and partnerinfluenced pipeline tied to integrated solutions.
Storytelling, Evangelism & Market Presence
- Represent Manhattan and partner solutions at events, conferences, webinars, podcasts, and other external forums.
- Create compelling narratives, talk tracks, and assets that highlight joint differentiation and ROI.
- Build customer references that showcase measurable outcomes from integrated solutions.
Internal Orchestration & Governance
- Align with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Services, Marketing, Finance, and Legal on partnership strategy and execution.
- Clarify rules of engagement for technology partners in deals and deployments and help resolve field conflicts.
- Run operational rhythms (QBRs, roadmap syncs, pipeline reviews) with internal and partner teams.
Program Operations & Performance Metrics
- Define and own KPIs for technology partnerships, including integration adoption, partner-sourced pipeline, incremental ARR/TCV, and attach rates for key integrations in new and existing deals
- Maintain dashboards and scorecards to inform partner investments and GTM priorities.
- Contribute to Manhattan's evolving partner strategy and tiering model.
Executive & Ecosystem Leadership
- Represent Manhattan in executive alignment conversations with partners on partner investment and success criteria.
- Negotiate and refine commercial constructs and co-sell models.
- Serve as a visible leader internally and externally for Manhattan's technology partner ecosystem.
What We Need from You
- 10+ years in technology/product partnerships, alliances, or business development within B2B SaaS, ideally in platform, ecosystem, or integration-centric roles.
- Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and scaling technology partnerships that are anchored in product integrations and joint solutions.
- Technical fluency- comfortable discussing APIs, integration patterns, data flows, and cloud/SaaS architectures with product and engineering teams (without needing to be the hands-on developer).
- Demonstrated success building joint GTM programs (co-selling, co-marketing, marketplaces) that deliver measurable pipelines and bookings.
- Strong storytelling and executive presence-experienced external speaker who can represent Manhattan and partners credibly with customers, analysts, and at industry events.
- Operational rigor around pipeline attribution, CRM hygiene, reporting, and KPI management.
- Cross-functional leadership experience across Sales, Product, Services, Marketing, Finance & Legal, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail technology ecosystems a plus.
