Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Management Portal Administrator - Senior - to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Management Portal Administrator - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
- Leads the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the task order portal capability, ensuring it effectively provides program management views, tracks metrics, and stores artifacts.
- Develops and implements advanced functionalities and custom reports within the task order portal to support detailed analysis of financial health (budget, funded, incurred, invoiced costs, burn rates) and overall TO activity status.
- Manages the evolution and adaptation of the task order portal 's capabilities to meet changing Government mission requirements and to integrate new data sources for comprehensive oversight.
- Establishes and maintains robust secure, logical access controls and role-based views for diverse user groups (AAS COR, USSOCOM, tenants), ensuring data security and adherence to compliance standards.
- Analyzes task order portal usage and performance results, recommending major changes to task order portal structure, features, or processes to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
- Plans and leads major technical assignments for maintaining and enhancing the smooth operation of the task order portal application, coordinating with internal and external technical teams as needed to ensure its underlying system stability.
- Develops and implements strategies for monitoring and managing the task order portal application's performance, including tuning for optimal operating efficiency and response times.
- Leads the development and implementation of systems security administration functions specifically for the task order portal application, including establishing policies and standards for user and administrator accounts, and ensuring alignment with overall program security requirements.
- Manages the lifecycle of task order portal -related software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Designs and implements comprehensive backup and recovery strategies specifically for the task order portal 's application and data.
- Evaluates vendor products related to task order portal enhancements and makes strategic recommendations to purchase hardware and software that would improve functionality or performance.
- Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior and journeyman task order portal administrators.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: ServiceNow; Jira Help Desk; task order portal administration dashboards; secure role based access controls; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflow modules; PRD tracking dashboards; GFP management modules with lifecycle reporting; ASSIST portal integration for deliverable submission; variance analysis dashboards; document library configuration tools; burn rate and invoicing trackers; portal audit logs and compliance monitoring systems.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Management Portal Administrator or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with BS/BA or 6 years' experience with MS/MA or 3 years' experience with PhD.
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
- DoD 8140 role for WRC: 451; Element: IT; Proficiency Level: Intermediate / Ability to obtain
Desired Qualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
