Working for our corporate headquarters based in Orange, CA, we are currently seeking a Payroll Experience Coordinator to assist our field Coworkers with administrative tasks essential to hiring and paying our temporary workers.

  • Corporate in-officelocated in Orange, CA
  • Schedule flexibility including 9/80 (after 26 weeks)

    • Start Time is 8:00AM Pacific Time

Specifically in this role, working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first the essential duties of the Payroll Experience Coordinator include:

  • Is passionate about making life better for the people we serve and creating remarkable experiences...every person, every time.





  • Processes timecards, payroll, and billing for our temporary workers who are on assignment.





  • Assists with onboarding new temporary workers by processing pre-hire paperwork, running background checks, and assisting with I-9 verifications.



  • Answers calls in a company-consistent and friendly manner.
