Widener University is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Support Specialist for the School of Engineering. Reporting to the department Chairman, Assistant Dean, this role provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Construction Management Department within the School of Engineering. This role ensures smooth daily operations, supports faculty, students, and departmental initiatives and contributes to a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. By fostering a positive environment for supporting faculty, students, staff, and leadership, the Administrative Support Specialist contributes to the department's academic excellence, student success, and community engagement.
