Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a Personnel Scheduler! This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support staffing operations in a fastpaced clinical environment. Ideal candidates bring excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

We are looking for a motivated, detailoriented, and highly organized individual to join our welcoming team. Strong computer skills, comfort with changing priorities, and the ability to manage complex scheduling needs are essential.

What's Available:

  • 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, Day shifts

  • Training Location: Onalaska

  • Remote eligible after training

  • No weekends or holidays

What you will do:

  • Coordinate staffing coverage across assigned units by aligning personnel availability, skill mix, and established guidelines to support safe, highquality patient care.

  • Partner with clinical leadership to plan future staffing patterns, manage employee requests (PTO, education, meetings), and ensure schedules remain within budget and departmental standards.

  • Serve as a resource and educator for Kronos ESS and timecard functionality, responding to staff questions and resolving scheduling or timekeeping concerns.

  • Utilize Kronos reporting and Microsoft Excel to collect, interpret, and maintain scheduling data, including timecard reconciliation and position control updates.

  • Support the Staffing Office as needed by coordinating daily staffing assignments, updating Kronos with realtime adjustments, and collaborating with systemwide leadership to meet immediate staffing needs.

What you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalency

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative environment

  • experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling experience desired

  • Experience with Kronos scheduling and timekeeping systems is a plus!

  • Organization, time management, or customer service
