What to Expect
As a Technical Program Manager you will lead execution across multiple engineering teams, collaborating closely with cross-functional and cross-organizational engineering groups to translate complex technical work into clear plans, milestones and outcomes, while partnering with engineering, infrastructure and product teams to plan, track and deliver critical initiatives, with a focus on enhancing execution rigor, visibility, and efficiency across projects.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the technical software release workflows end-to-end through collaboration with technical leads, component owners, infrastructure support, QA, and external teams
  • Partner closely with engineering leads to understand system architecture, development workflows, dependencies, and risks
  • Manage Jira at scale: project setup, backlog/active ticket hygiene, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain clear visibility into timelines, milestones, risks, and blockers; proactively surface and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure/Platform teams for environment readiness, deployments, scaling, and operational needs
  • Track releases across services and teams, ensuring alignment with versioning and deployment plans
  • Establish and maintain program artifacts such as roadmaps, execution plans, dependency maps, status dashboards and communicate program status effectively to engineering leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, tooling, and execution efficiency
  • Write simple automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) to improve reporting, tracking, or workflow efficiency as needed

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelors in a STEM-related field, Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Git or similar
  • A desire to move fast and fix problems without being asked; ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment with high ambiguity
  • Proven track record of exceptional ability (i.e., have personally solved difficult problems that have moved the needle on meaningful projects)
  • Excellent communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience leading team efforts and/or project management experience
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management software is a plus
  • Experience releasing customer-facing software at a scale in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
  • Software Branch Management experience is a plus
  • Availability to work weekends when needed

    Expected Compensation
    $112,000 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
