Description We are seeking an Associate Research Scientist to be part of the Sadelain lab studying the mechanisms governing transgene expression, stem cell engineering, and genetic strategies to enhance immunity against cancer. Responsibilities: The candidate will conduct research on the signaling properties of novel chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) structures and on the context-dependence of antigen sensitivity of CAR T cells targeting solid tumors.
