This is a hybrid position with an onsite requirement of 1 - 2 times per month at Corewell Health East. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented RN Clinical Database Specialist to join Corewell Health and make a measurable impact on patient care. In this role, you will lead registry abstraction for the National Cardiac Data Registry-supporting catheter-based valve replacement patients at our Dearborn hospital and registry work at the Meijer Heart Center in Grand Rapids-while driving system-wide quality improvement initiatives. Job SummaryThis role supports external clinical registry work in the National Cardiac Data Registry for patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement via catheter at Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital, as well as registry work at the Meijer Heart Center in Grand Rapids. Responsibilities include quality registry abstraction and leading quality improvement initiatives across the system. You will also support operational improvement projects throughout the organization-both clinical and non-clinical-to achieve measurable process enhancements. This includes analyzing existing workflows, recommending sustainable improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires maintaining database integrity, securely collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. Essential Functions
