Short Intro and About the Job

The HQ Sales Planning Analyst plays a critical role in driving accurate, timely, and aligned processes across the Sales organization. This role supports key sales planning cycles, master data workflows, pricing updates, and cross-functional coordination with partners such as Master Data, Sales, RGM, Finance, and Category Commercial. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to core responsibilities, the role requires consistently demonstrating key professional behaviors essential to effective collaboration and process excellence:

    Timely Communication:
    • Respond promptly to emails, messages, and meeting requests-typically within 24-48 hours.
    • Acknowledge receipt of requests even when additional time is needed to provide full answers.
  • Reliability & Accountability:
    • Meet deadlines and deliver on commitments with high accuracy and professionalism.
    • Communicate proactively when issues, risks, or delays arise, ensuring visibility for stakeholders.
  • Initiative:
    • Contribute ideas that improve processes, enhance data accuracy, or drive efficiency beyond standard requirements.
    • Seek feedback regularly to support continuous growth and improved performance.
  • Adaptability:
    • Navigate evolving processes, shifting priorities, and fluid project scopes with flexibility.
    • Develop contingency plans that help keep work on track despite changing timelines or requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes but is also agile, curious, and eager to influence cross-functional teams through strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving. This job sits within the RGM & Sales Strategy organization and reports to the Director of Sales Planning.

Responsibilities include:

Planning & Process Management

  • Coordinate customer hierarchy changes (2x per year)
  • Manage pricing change process/materials with Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Master Data and Sales
  • Coordinate Planning Process Calendars for Plan Alignment Meetings

Master Data & System Governance

  • Maintain the Material Spec Sheet
  • Support customer setup with Master Data and Sales
  • Manage SKU and pack group maintenance
  • Facilitate innovation pack group creation
  • Support updates to Danone Way of Selling (DWS) templates/tools

Business Support

  • Support slide creation for Sales Monthly Business Review (MBR)
  • Support for business integration
  • Other duties to be assigned to support the business

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You

Required Skills:

  • Advanced excel skills or willingness to learn advanced excel skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP, TPM or similar systems
  • Prior sales planning or master data exposure
  • Experience supporting sales processes
