POSITION SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for sourcing and identifying passive candidates for key management and non-management openings in the Valley Health System. This role is responsible for sourcing and recruitment, with a strong emphasis on hardtofill, niche, and highdemand positions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to creatively and strategically identify talent through advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and relationship building. EDUCATION: Four years experience in either working within either a corporate, RPO or agency recruitment environment.
