What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you'll be the architect of growth for the Construction Enterprise Solutions sector, directly influencing how we reward success and optimize our global sales footprint. You won't just report on data; you will partner with executive leadership to design high-impact compensation plans and automate the processes that empower our sellers to win.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Mastermind the Sales Planning Cycle: Lead the annual execution of sales compensation and quotas, ensuring our global teams are aligned and ready to hit the ground running for our yearly SKO event.

  • Optimize Global Territories: Drive sophisticated territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and define clear rules of engagement that minimize friction and maximize sales efficiency.

  • Innovate through Automation: Revolutionize our Sales Operations by automating manual tasks, creating a high-performance environment where technology does the heavy lifting.

  • Drive Executive Decisions: Prepare and present compelling performance summaries to sales leadership, acting as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations with a sharp focus on incentive compensation design within the tech industry.

  • You possess a strong financial acumen and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Marketing.

  • You are highly proficient in Salesforce.com and have a proven ability to manage complex datasets using Excel or Google Suite.

  • You are a natural cross-functional collaborator who thrives on managing multiple projects and shifting demands with ease.

Bonus Points For:
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Qliksense, Domo, or Tableau.

  • Proven success designing multi-channel compensation strategies across direct, indirect, and eCommerce paths.

Location: Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR (4 days per week in office)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
