Location: Remote (EST hours) Employment Type: 3Month ContracttoHire We're seeking a handson Project Manager / Business Analyst who has owned projects endtoend-from discovery and requirements through delivery-in a primarily waterfall environment. You will run project plans, schedules, and risks while personally facilitating requirements, process mapping, and acceptance. Required Qualifications * 4+ years combined experience where you acted as both Project Manager and Business Analyst on the same initiatives * Demonstrated ownership of plans + requirements artifacts you personally created. * Proven ability to manage 6-8 concurrent projects in a structured waterfall setting. * Excellent stakeholder facilitation, communication, organization, and risk management. Responsibilities * Own endtoend project delivery: charters, plans, RAID, status, stakeholder comms. * Facilitate discovery workshops; author BRDs/FRDs, use cases, process flows, and current/future state. * Translate requirements into scope, WBS, timelines, and acceptance criteria; manage change control. * Coordinate crossfunctional stakeholders; drive decisions and unblock teams. * Run 6-8 concurrent small/medium projects; report status and risks with mitigations. * Support UAT planning and execution; validate that delivered scope meets business objectives. * Identify process improvements and standardize templates/artifacts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterbury, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
