*Description*
Throughout the engagement: oContribute to the development of a scalable, universitywide OCM framework including methodologies, governance, processes, templates, and success metrics. oCreate toolkits, playbooks, and standardized deliverables to ensure consistency and quality across all change initiatives. oHelp establish scalable approaches for change intake, prioritization, and measurement. oAssist in building CMO identity and presence across campus through engagement, communication, and relationshipbuilding with colleges, schools, and administrative units. oAssess change impacts, risks, and readiness; develop mitigation and communication plans. oSupport stakeholder engagement across academic, administrative, and IT groups. oOversee and/or create training, enablement, and reinforcement plans. oReport on change readiness, adoption metrics, and operational risks to leadership. oContribute to building a sustainable culture of structured change adoption at Loyola. While OCM Director is on leave: oProvide daytoday leadership and direction of the Change Management Office. oServe as primary advisor to project managers, IT leadership, and business unit partners. oServe as the primary OCM lead for the university's Workday implementation, partnering closely with the program team, functional leads, change network, and technical workstreams. oManage a comprehensive Workday OCM strategy and roadmap, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness assessments, and enduser adoption strategies. oEstablish and manage a structured change agent network to support Workday awareness, engagement, testing, training, and reinforcement across campus. *Skills* Change management, implementation, Workday, SaaS, Cloud ERP, OCM, stakeholder management, training, transformations, higher education, ACMP, Prosci, ITIL, agile methodologies *Top Skills Details* Change management,implementation,Workday,SaaS,Cloud ERP,OCM,stakeholder management,training,transformations *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. *7+ years of OCM or related experience, including largescale transformation work. *Handson experience leading change for major SaaS/Cloud ERP implementations *Proven ability to conduct change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and develop communication and training strategies. *Experience building or maturing an OCM practice, including frameworks, toolkits, and governance processes. *Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across academic, administrative, leadership, and IT groups. *Familiarity with ACMP, Prosci, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or similar methodologies *Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills. *Experience in higher education preferred *Experience with Workday implementations preferred *Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in ERP preferred *Relevant certifications such as ACMP, PROSCI preferred *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $85.00/hr.
