Position Summary

You will lead HCP (healthcare professional) marketing to shape strategy, drive execution, and measure impact across our US oncology portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including sales, medical affairs, access, insights, analytics, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Develop and own HCP marketing strategy that aligns to brand and business objectives.
- Plan and execute omnichannel HCP campaigns, combining field and non-personal tactics for measurable impact.
- Partner with insights and analytics to set KPIs, measure performance, and refine tactics.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
- Ensure all materials and activities meet legal, regulatory, and medical review standards and comply with the GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Build strong field relationships to enable effective deployment and feedback loops with healthcare professionals.
- Shape annual and quarterly HCP plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with sales and customer experience teams to align field engagement and digital outreach.
- Oversee HCP-facing content development, review cycles, and approvals across functions.
- Use customer insights and market analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project schedules with strong commercial discipline.
- Support speaker programs, congress planning, and peer-to-peer initiatives as required.

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience.
- Experience in HCP marketing and omnichannel campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in oncology marketing or related therapeutic area.
- Demonstrated success with non-personal promotion, digital marketing, or omnichannel orchestration.
- Experience launching new products or major brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and campaign measurement approaches.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills and experience leading change in matrix environments.

- Experience working with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets and external vendors.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Working model
This role is hybrid, with an expectation to be onsite regularly as agreed upon with the hiring manager. Exact days on-site will be discussed during the hiring process.
