Provide technical advice and expertise to systems development project groups in defining, developing and reviewing existing as well as proposed applications for major computer systems; coordinates the activities between users, technicians, computer and communication networks. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Serve as the subject matter expert for specific technologies, products, or services 2. Analyze technical needs and requirements, offering strategic and tactical advice 3. Responsible for project management and delivery of IT consulting services 4. Coordinates the activities between users and communication networks. 5. Coordinate the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions. 6. Works with user groups to identify, develop, acquire, and implement methodologies for the installation of new information systems or integration of existing systems 7. Create and maintain technical documentation such as solution design documents, implementation guides, and training material 8. Participate in risk assessment and help develop mitigation strategies for complex technical challenges 9. Mentor junior staff on system usage or new technologies. 10. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. 11. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 12.
