The Assurance Learning Specialist supports endtoend planning, production, and administration of Assurance training programs and CPE offerings. This role partners closely with the Assurance L&D Director, EAU team members, instructor community, and business stakeholders to design highquality learning experiences, maintain learning paths, and ensure compliance with NASBA and Yellow Book requirements.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Support creating and maintaining the Assurance Learning calendar creating visibility to the courses, learning pathways and other learning resources that support elevating the Assurance practice.
  • Create clear, concise job aids and learnerfacing documentation for internal programs.
  • Update and monitor learning paths in LCVista, ensuring accurate curricula, prerequisites, and program metadata.
  • Support the CPA Exam Committee: manage the Teams page, monitor inbox, and coordinate employment verification requests.
  • Update the Yellow Book CPE tracking spreadsheet weekly and follow up on variances.
  • Edit and produce Camtasia videos for CPE/selfstudy courses, including intros/outros, captions, and quality checks.
  • Provide operational support as needed: scan/print documents, edit client presentations, coordinate meetings, prepare FedEx materials, and assist with food/catering arrangements.
  • Create selfstudy courses and supporting collateral from recorded webinars/live events (timed agendas, assessments, handouts).
  • Coordinate and oversee intern and offcycle new hire orientations and learning activities.
  • Coproduce Assurance EAU courses and ensure compliance documentation is complete (e.g., timed agendas, materials review forms).
  • Collaborate with EAU team members to organize and execute webinars and inperson trainings, managing logistics, CPE requirements, attendance, and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire, levelbased, and new manager training programs, including schedules, locations, invitations, meals, and required documentation.
  • Work with the newhire training instructor team to update agendas, identify instructors, and coordinate mock audit exercises and reviewers.
  • Use background in Assurance to draft slide decks, activities, and other collateral; facilitate select courses/meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible resources for staff (e.g., Yellow Book, CPE status, and topical training courses on the Assurance Learning site).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of Assurance or Audit experience
  • Working knowledge of GAAS and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book)
  • Experience with LCvista

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); strong document formatting skills
  • Event logistics coordination (venues, catering, technology) and vendor management experience
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical assurance content into learnerfriendly materials
  • Camtasia/Audiate certification
  • Working knowledge of CPE compliance concepts
  • Familiarity with NASBA documentation for Group and SelfStudy programs
  • This role may require occasional early mornings or evenings during training cycles and limited travel for inperson programs. Hybrid work arrangements are supported where responsibilities allow.
