Warehouse Worker I supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations by handling materials and inventory. This role follows standard operating procedures to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals. The position works collaboratively to ensure timely order fulfillment and facility organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Receive, label, and store materials following documented procedures
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% inventory accuracy
  • Operate material-handling equipment according to training
  • Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile variances
  • Inspect products and report quality or damage issues promptly
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas aligned with safety standards
  • Use warehouse systems to record transactions accurately
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand/walk for full shifts
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Requirements
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift or powered industrial truck certification
  • Experience with barcode scanning or WMS platforms
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including overtime as needed

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
