Description These individuals will be primarily responsible for creating Power BI tools and dashboards to support our business analytics and leadership. They may also be asked to develop automation to streamline current process. Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Problem solving as well as data verification and analysis. Proactive and solution-focused thinking Self-starter but can work in a team. Understands how technology enables business goals and has the ability to articulate complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Extremely detail-oriented. Documentation skills. Ability to create training materials as well as train individuals as well as large groups both in person (if Hybrid) and remotely. Data Analysis & Modeling Use statistical methods and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Build models and scenarios to forecast outcomes or simulate business decisions Data Visualization Create dashboards, charts, and graphs that clearly communicate insights. Tailor visualizations to business problems and stakeholder needs, ensuring clarity and impact Reporting & Communication Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with stakeholders. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences Collaboration & Thought Partnership Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, operations, product) to understand data needs. Support decision-making by providing evidence-based insights and recommendations Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Identify issues and propose data-driven solutions Technical Proficiency Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Excel. Familiarity with Data Bricks/Data Genie a plus Communication & Visualization Skilled in presenting data in a compelling and digestible format. Capable of influencing decisions through storytelling with data Attention to Detail Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis lifecycle. Technical degree preferred Or 3-5 years in related technical work Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of OKLAHOMA CITY, OK.
