Your Role on Our Team:

The Talent Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness sits in the Talent Management Center of Excellence (TM COE) reporting to the Group Manager. The TM COE operates as a central hub, cultivating knowledge, embracing best practices, and generating resources. Its primary objective is to optimize Talent Management programs, ensuring a strategic and effective approach to enhance organizational talent across TTI. This role requires a forward-thinking approach to Talent programs, excellent task management and process development skills, and a passion for effective Talent processes.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and support performance review initiatives and processes by providing tools, resources, and training for managers and employees.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation in partnership with Training & Development, Talent Management, Talent Operations, and site stakeholders.
  • Provides administrative support for various Talent process including assessments, engagement surveys and employee communications.
  • Collaborate with the Talent and the business to ensure program optimization.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of tools and processes related to, but not limited to the Talent Cycle, Onboarding and Culture initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Talent programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
  • Support change management initiatives related to Talent processes and systems.
  • Provide effective communication and training related to Talent programs.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships within the Talent function across TTI and with other functions within the Company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • 2+ years of HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • People leadership skills
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management. programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily working indoors, office environment.
  • Periodic travel to Milwaukee Tool and TTI locations.
  • May sit for several hours at a time.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Moderate noise i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers.
