IT Asset Management & Procurement Onsite with Hybrid Days-NOT REMOTE* We're seeking an IT Asset Management & Procurement professional to support daytoday technology and operational needs. This role is primarily onsite with some flexibility for remote days and plays a key part in financial processes, procurement activities, and IT asset tracking. In this position, you'll manage telecom and network invoices, support accounts payable and procurement workflows, coordinate hardware and software deployments, and maintain accurate asset records. You'll also work closely with cellular and telecom providers, fulfill device requests, and resolve related incidents in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. Analysis, reporting, and documentation will also be part of your daytoday responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Manage vendor, telecom, and network invoice processing * Support procurement and administrative A/P workflows * Coordinate deployment of hardware and software assets * Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records * Work with cellular and telecom providers to fulfill requests and resolve issues * Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed Qualifications * Experience with A/P, procurement, or financial operations workflows * Strong ability to prioritize work independently in a highvolume environment * Handson experience with IT asset management (hardware and software) * Familiarity working with telecom or cellular providers * Strong organizational and operations analysis skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
