The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Occupational Therapy Supervisor is responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of the department with assistance from the Director and Manager as needed. The Supervisor works collaboratively with the managers and clinical partners to ensure best practice standards and clinical development of department and staff. They uphold shared values of the organization to lead department and staff and exemplifies these values in every interaction with patients, families, staff, and colleagues. The Occupational Therapy Program at Children's Specialized Hospital promotes functional independence for children dealing with the effects of disease, injury, birth anomalies, disability, or developmental challenges. Our pediatric occupational therapists are specialists in the unique needs of children, adolescents and young adults from birth through 21 years of age and they are experts in a variety of treatment interventions allowing them to individualize a plan of care to meet the unique needs of the child and family.
