The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview:

The Systems Analyst in the Financial Analytics department is responsible for supporting the System Administrator and Director of Projects and Analytics with the day to day operations of the StrataJazz system. This includes configuring and maintaining the system for the Budgeting, Productivity, Management Reporting, and Strategic Planning modules, as well as user security.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of data reliability, detailed analysis, and consistency of data throughout the Strata System.
  • Assist in maintaining Security Roles for Management Reporting (MR), Productivity Reporting (PR), and Operating Budget (OB) in StrataJazz system
  • Assist in maintaining User Security in the system including setting up new users, removing terminated ones, and granting access as requested.
  • Assist in configuring Dimensions (Accounts, Departments, Job Codes, Pay Codes) for MR, PR, OB, and Strategic Planning (SP) in StrataJazz system
  • Assist with biweekly PR process and monthly MR process in StrataJazz system
  • Assist with maintaining Budget Adjustments in the StrataJazz and PeopleSoft systems
  • Assist with report writing in StrataJazz system
  • Assist during budget preparation by uploading data, creating and/or verifying reports run appropriately, and confirming any data feeds to the Strata system are functioning properly.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and educating end users with process of updating budgets in the system.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required. A certification or equivalent may be substituted for a BA degree. 3-5 years experience in healthcare or analytics related field is required. Knowledge of clinical or financial computer systems is required.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
