Responsibilities

Luxury Travel & Concierge agency is seeking a proactive, results-oriented team leader responsible for designing bespoke experiences for high-net worth clientele. Must be pro-active in anticipating client needs, adept in preparing client-facing proposals and adhering to deadlines while overseeing a team of travel professionals.

Must be an experienced travel visionary who is resourceful, detail oriented, organized, a team player and able to think outside the box.

Hybrid Work Schdule- combines work on-site at our 1633 Broadway, NY Office and work at home.

Schedule is Monday - Friday standard business hours.

    Manage and execute luxury bookings including hotels, villas, yachts, dining arrangements, trip proposals and full-service concierge requests.
  • Provide attentive, high-touch, personalized guidance and tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet existing due dates, provide relevant updates, manage distribution of work and determine alternate courses of action when necessary.
  • Maintain ownership of each client record and independently review for accuracy and quality.
  • Extensive trip planning and research skills.
  • Anticipate and understand individual client preferences and needs.
  • Respond to all communications proactively and promptly.
  • Research and provide solutions to any travel-related problem clients may experience.
  • Stay abreast of technology and industry trends and ensure that information is shared with team


Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience in the luxury leisure sector of the hospitality industry
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing a team.
  • Experience with high end and high demand travelers.
  • Ability to function in a fast -paced, demanding environment.
  • Be able to anticipate challenges and have exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of world geography
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
