We're looking for a BI Analyst/Developer who can turn complex data into meaningful insights and actionable dashboards. In this role, you'll partner with teams across the business to understand their needs, build data models, develop ETL workflows, and enhance the tools and systems that keep our data accurate and accessible.


Position location: Hebron, KY (onsite)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes to efficiently move and transform data from various sources into the data platform.



  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks related to data processing and query execution.



  • Continuously enhance and refine existing data models based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and best practices.



  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective data models and BI solutions.



  • Maintain thorough documentation of data models, ETL workflows, and BI solutions for reference, knowledge sharing, and audit purposes.



  • Design and implement business intelligence best practices to ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and data integrity.



  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and security standards, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining data privacy.



  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and data engineering.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution.



  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.



  • Advanced understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL concepts and practices.



  • Proven experience partnering with end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions from concept through implementation.



  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Analytics Platform or other BI technologies (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.).



  • Experience working with multiple database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies.



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.



  • Strong organizational and time management skills.



  • Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of change and complexity.



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
