As the Customer Service Manager, USCA, you will lead the USCA Customer Service Organization to lead standardization, excellent levels of service, process and procedural efficiencies and revenue growth plans. In addition to enhancing service the Customer Service Manager will maintain high levels of engagement and developing talent in the organization while being an advocate for service and leading by example. You will provide guidance to their direct reports on managing Service level agreement and Goal requirements. You will report to the Global Customer Service Director. Responsibilities
