About the Role:
Join our dynamic legal team as a Paralegal and play a key
role in keeping our fast-paced business running
smoothly. You'll partner with in-house attorneys and outside counsel
to manage litigation, investigations, discovery, and critical deadlines-while
keeping files, data, and legal holds organized and on track. From coordinating
subpoenas and monitoring regulatory updates to managing contracts,
invoices, and CRM requests in Yardi, you'll be at the center of

What You'll Do:
- Partner with in-house attorneys to support litigation,
subpoenas, and discovery, ensuring all matters are handled in accordance
with established processes and procedures. - Perform new matter factual investigations, calendar and
update deadlines, coordinate legal holds, conduct factual research,
and assist with data identification and assembly projects. - Monitor Westlaw alerts, industry and trade-group email
alerts, and other external information services for regulatory
developments impacting business operations. - Assist with processing external data security
inquiries, non-disclosure agreement requests, certificate of insurance
requests, and client and vendor contract review and management.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience - Prior relevant work experience as a corporate or law firm
paralegal - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and
SharePoint - Research skills
- Presentation skills
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage

Ideal to Have:
- Current Notary Public appointment or willingness to obtain
- Basic contract review and analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, and SharePoint
experience - Advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro experience
