ABOUT THE JOB:

The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Program Manager will oversee the implementation and ongoing management cycle of purchasing and payment process from requisition to final payment of WillScot's Ariba platform. This role ensures seamless Procure-to-Pay operations across requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier collaboration. Acting as the primary liaison between Procurement, Operations, Accounting, Finance, IT, and external partners, the P2P Program Manager will drive process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement through technology optimization and stakeholder engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage and support expansion on the Ariba platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and procurement policies.
  • Optimize P2P processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Responsible for building out catalogs, integrating with suppliers and driving incremental spend and savings through the Ariba platform
  • Maintain governance through updated process documentation, compliance controls, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Monitor and report on P2P program performance, providing actionable insights for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Build on current platform usage and expand vendor base across the platform
  • Stay current on Ariba enhancements and recommend upgrades or new features to improve functionality.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on Ariba processes and best practices.
  • Handle negotiations and escalations in terms of supplier and vendor relationships and ensure controls are in place and met.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • P2P Management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in P2P operations, procurement systems, or program management.
  • Proven expertise in Ariba and ERP integration (SAP preferred).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Preferred: Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Ariba and ERP systems, with ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
