This is a highly collaborative role that will involve working closely with product managers, data engineers, and front-end developers to create solutions that drive meaningful insights for our customers. Your expertise in data engineering and back-end development will ensure the successful handling of high-volume data, improving data quality, and enabling advanced analytics.

  • Data Parsing: Build efficient, scalable parsers for raw data that can handle complex data structures, including unstructured and semi-structured data (e.g., invoices, CDR records, and ITSM logs).
  • Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to support telecom expense management, IT asset management, and IT service management (ITSM) workflows. Ensure the data models are optimized for querying and reporting by internal teams and external customers.
  • Performance Optimization: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that ensures optimal performance and responsiveness under increasing loads.
  • Data Validation and Quality Control: Implement strong data validation techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of ingested and processed data. Develop monitoring systems to track the health of data pipelines and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the front-end development team, product managers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and troubleshoot and debug production issues as they arise.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage backend services in AWS or other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all backend processes, APIs, and database interactions.
